Heat treatment
Using the heat treatment software according to IPPC standard (Heat treatment) for lumber.
This software offers following functions:
- Connection of up to six lumber temperature sensors
- Time controlled by lumber temperature
- Fully automatic heat and cool down stages with temperature and climate regulation
- Graphic color screen display of all data relevant for the heat treatment:
| |
- Lumber temperature of all measured lumber temperature sensors
- Climate (EMC - rel. Humidity % - Depression)
- Current chamber temperature (°C - °F)
- IPPC - logo with customer approval number
- Customer logo storage
- Input of own data (e.g., charge No., number of the packages, inspection data etc.)
|
Optional input possibilities:
- Only heat treatment
- Lumber drying with combined heat treatment
- Only kiln drying
Standardisation:
The new worldwide valid standards of heat-treated lumber (IPPC/ISPM 15) and the requirements risen thereby for our customers in the range of accuracy and proof of the lumber temperature measurements required as well from us to go certify our products.
Our computer-system and temperature sensors are certified by the technical state inspection (DKD).
This DKD certification – which is approved as well abroad – enables our customers to receive easy local approvals.
Within the scope of our service contracts we offer in the service visit a check and calibration of our measuring circuits – we will issue manufacturer's certificates.
Everything from one vendor - no add-on costs!!
High-Pressure Spraying
With water pressure up to 100 bar (1500psi) the water is sprayed as a fine mist and is therefore well distributed into the warm air of your kiln.
An instantaneous and entire vaporization is reached by the strongly enlarged ratio of the surface of the droplets to the water volume.

- more efficiently and careful heating up
- water savings
- better conditioning, synonymous with:
- still less final moisture dispersion
- and further reduction of tensions and stress in the lumber
